Within the scope of consultancy service, we provide legal consultancy services on athletes' licensing, following the transfer processes of athletes, preparation of athlete and player contracts, sponsorship contracts, tournament organization contracts, management contracts, international sports events, international sports judiciary, and conflict between the sports club and the athlete.
In addition, we represent our clients before the judicial and administrative authorities and the Sports Arbitration Court (CAS) both in Turkey and abroad in all disputes arising from sports law, including deprivation of rights, judicial and administrative fines, banning and imprisonment penalties, doping in sports and its consequences.
